Need some extra rest? No problem! A spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent four-piece bath with a combination shower/tub is the perfect space to rest, relax and recharge. Bedroom Two with two queen beds is perfect for another 4 guests. Bedroom Three is the bunk room, with two sets of bunk beds its perfect for a small family. Double beds on the bottom and a twin bed on each upper providing sleeping room for up to 6 in this bedroom. Across the hall, you will find the updated second full bath with shower/tub combination.
If it’s an entertainment area you desire, the large family room with lots of seating, TV, ping pong table, and many family board games is a place to enjoy them all. An extra queen-sized sleeper sofa in the family room can provide additional sleeping space.

The kids will enjoy the large pier with bench and two ladders to access the sandy bottom waters. Lots of water fun! Enjoy the two kayaks are available for renter use. Bring your own boat or rent one from a local marina like Pierless Boat Rentals. A boat hoist is provided at NO EXTRA CHARGE with your rental.
A private side yard, together with the front yard, can be used for setting up a volleyball game, crochet, or putting out the Corn Hole boards and having a family tournaments.

A two-minute car ride will take you to Dodge Memorial Park for a large public beach, children’s swings and rocking horses. If you enjoy outdoor markets, the Princeton Flea Market is held every Saturday from April – October.

No noise is permitted after 12 a.m. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE USE OF FIREWORKS, FIREARMS OR ANY OTHER EXPLOSIVES PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. 3. All occupants must vacate the Rental Property by the Check-Out Time. Late departures are subject to a $25.00 per half hour fee which will be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.
