This large east end vacation home offers glorious sunsets and 80′ of sandy bottom lake frontage on Wisconsin’s Deepest Inland Lake; Big Green Lake!  A great place for swimming, boating, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing on the pier in a chaise chair.  

A large, sun filled, knotty pine, fully equipped kitchen is just the start to all of the wonderful amenities of this lake home.  Enjoy gathering in the kitchen with its long peninsula island with seating for seven or pull up a chair at the table in the breakfast area which seats six to eight guests. 

Living Space

The 2800 sq.ft., home has a large main floor living room with open design to dining and kitchen areas. Perfect for the group to gather and enjoy, a movie on the Smart TV with cable. Access the large patio overlooking the lake from the kitchen area or from the lower level family room. Get amazing views of the lake and enjoy your stay at this wonderful vacation home. Relax and make some great memories with family and friends!

Lots of sleeping space! The spacious main floor has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed , sitting area and private bath. Bedrooms two and three have queen beds and great views to the lake. The second main floor bath is adjacent to bedroom two.

Lower Level

Head downstairs to the large family room with comfortable couch, love seat, lake house décor, second TV, game table and workspace area with FREE WIFI. Sit down at the table with seating for four for a game of cards with friends, or enjoy one of the puzzles or family board games available for guest enjoyment. Get easy access to the patio and lake through the double french doors off the family room.

Two additional large bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedroom four with a queen bed and bedroom five with 5 twin beds, gives lots of sleeping space for guests.

A third bath is located just off the family room for quick access from the lake. The laundry room can be found right around the corner and is a great spot to drop off towels and wet swim suits when coming in from the lake.

Out and About

The Red Brick Estate is minutes from downtown Green Lake where you can enjoy many different events throughout the year.  Concerts in the Park on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 in Deacon Mills Park and the Thrasher Opera House promoting the arts with artists like A.J Croce, Pat McCurdy, or the famous Wise Jennings husband and wife duo from southern Wisconsin, delivering a high energy show. Stop in at the Town Square in downtown Green Lake and experience one of the many eclectic classes or take the children to one of the many arts and crafts sessions.

Enjoy a morning coffee in downtown Green Lake at the infamous Sassafras Coffee or breakfast at the Little Corporal. Shop one of specialty stores in downtown Green Lake like The Collection or the Mercantile. Green Lake has many great restaurants throughout the area. Take the boat and enjoy dinner at Norton’s of Green Lake or dock at the wharf in downtown Green Lake and walk to Chops or Adam’s Rib for dinner.

Venture 10 minutes east to Ripon, for an amazing downtown shopping experience with its many unique home and clothing boutiques. Downtown Ripon also offers specialty restaurants and Knuth’s Brewing Company. Minutes north of downtown Ripon you can enjoy the vineyards at Vines and Rushes. Known for it’s great wine and outdoor music venues.
