A long time, well established, family home located in “The Hickories” on the north shore of Big Green Lake. This bright and sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has created some of the greatest family memories for over 20 years. It’s time for you to start your own family memories at this special place on Big Green Lake, WI.

Living Space

You are welcomed into the home on the main level with an open plan living and dining rooms. Large windows and sliding glass doors in the living and dining areas take you out to a spacious balcony overlooking the yard and the lake.

The fully equipped galley kitchen, provides you with what’s needed to make a family meal. Enjoy easy access to all appliances, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, kitchen linens, coffee maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

The dining area has a large table with seating for eight-ten guests. The peninsula island kitchen counter offers extra seating with it seven stools. The kitchen is always the center of the home. Pringle’s Lakefront Home has lots of space to gather and enjoy great conversations. Access the large wrap around balcony from the living room or from the dining area. Enjoy your early morning coffee, evening cocktails, favorite magazine or that book that you just have not had the time to read with your busy schedule at home.

The living room with couch and side chairs offers more great views to the lake. Enjoy FREE Cable TV and FREE WIFI during your stay. This property is great for fall and winter visits as well with the stone wood burning fireplace in the living room. A great spot to settle in and enjoy some amazing views of the lake and the toasty fireplace in the off-season.

Enjoy easy access to the main floor Master Bedroom with King sized bed. A second bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds. Both bedroom are adjacent to the main floor full bath.

Upper Level

Take the spiral stair case up to the loft area where you will find a cheery loft bedroom with 5 twin beds with summer blue linens. A perfect location for the cousins to gather and enjoy each others company.

Lower Level

Take the spiral staircase down to the lower level family room with sliding glass doors out to the covered patio. A double futon and single daybed offer additional sleeping for extra guests in the family room. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed is located just off the family room and the second three piece bath can be found on this level.

Property Amenities

Seldom found on Green Lake! A private sandy area for the children to play in the sandy by the water. A nearby turtle toy box has all those fun bucket and shovel water toys to entertain them for hours. The sizable pier has a sun bathing platform, bench and water access ladder. Jump in to weed free waters and play on your tube or raft all day long. A boat hoist is included with your rental at no additional charge. The flat yard is a great spot to play family games like Crochet or Bean Bag Toss! A waters edge fire pit with chairs is a wonderful place to end your day with lots of chatter, Smore’s, the breeze off the lake and the smell of burning embers in the air.

Pringle’s Lakefront Home is just 5 minutes from many local Green Lake events, Golf Courses and great restaurants like Norton’s of Green Lake. Drive or boat to this long-time favorite restaurant with indoor and outdoor lakeside seating! The Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce has many family friendly, fun events throughout the year.  Concerts in the Park on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 in Deacon Mills Park, Thrasher Opera House Musical Events, and the Green Lake Town Square with its many classes and children’s activities.

A quick trip east on Hwy 23 which takes you to a mecca of great boutique home design and unique clothing stores. Head west on Hwy 23 to Princeton, Wisconsin, known for its Saturday morning Flea Market and great boutique shops. A quick trip down Hwy 73 to the south takes you on an adventure to the Amish area with it’s bakeries, cheese factory, furniture and grocery stores, nurseries, and much more discover.
