Minutes from one of the top 50 Public Golf Courses in the United States –  The Links of Lawsonia Golf Course, A perfect stay for golf groups!  ON THE LAKE, and within minutes of tennis courts, soccer field, volleyball pit, parks, bike trails, and nature walks.  Rent a boat or water toys from Pierless Boat Rentals Marina  located less than a mile from Monapacataca on the Lake.  Perfect for families and groups with all types of desires!  

You are welcomed to the property off a private road, two lighted stone pillars and the Monapacataca sign at the entrance of the drive to the home. Once inside, the main floor offers a separate dining area to the left, as well as an open plan large living room with stone fireplace and open access to the bright and light kitchen area with center island. 

The fully equipped eat in kitchen is the spot where everyone will want to gather!  A center island, lots of cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an extra long butcher block style table with seating for 10-12 will be perfect when everyone gets together for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Beautiful views of the lake can be absorbed from anywhere in this sun filled, well designed, kitchen! 

Prefer to eat outside? No problem!  Access to the large multi-level deck can be gained from the kitchen and many other areas of the home. Plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy a dinner together while overlooking the lake. 

Great views of the lake can also be found from most bedrooms.  A few steps up to the second level you will find the spacious Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin beds. Sliding doors off the bedroom provide access to the spacious multi-level deck.  A great spot for your morning coffee.  The Master Bedroom has a private 4 piece en-suite with whirlpool tub, shower and double sinks.   

Across the hall you will find Bedroom Two with 3 twin beds. Bedroom’s Three and Four can be found a few steps away with a large shared bath between them.  Both bedrooms have ample space for guests with there large closets and spacious rooms.  Bedroom Three has a queen bed and two twins and Bedroom Four has three twin beds.

If it’s entertainment you want, head to the lower level of the home and enjoy a large flat screen TV, Ping Pong, Air Hockey,  the reading nook or the board game cove an exercise bike and massage chair that’s great to relax in after a good workout or run through the beautiful grounds of the Conference Center .
