Double French doors and windows surround this massive, air-conditioned, sun porch! Relax on the comfortable wicker furniture. Spread out at one of the tables and play some family board games. Lower Level
A second large family room with a fireplace, comfortable seating, Smart TV, DVD Player, FREE WIFI is the perfect place for the children to hang out away from adults, to watch a movie, or play games.
The lower-level has additional privacy and sleeping in bedroom six with a queen-sized bed, and in the extra-large seventh bedroom with a king-sized bed.
A lower level lake/exercise room gives private access to the side yard and expansive deck. Sit on the large deck with patio furniture and surround bench seating. This is where you will enjoy the most beautiful views of Green Lake.

Downtown Green Lake is 10 minutes away having many events throughout the year. - 1. Renter must sign formal Rental Agreement. 2. The Guest’s shall not make or permit any excessive, disturbing or annoying noise in or on the grounds of the Rental Property by himself, his family, agents, servants or visitors, nor permit such persons to do anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts, or conveniences of neighbors or other persons in the surrounding area. No noise is permitted after 12 a.m. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE USE OF FIREWORKS, FIREARMS OR ANY OTHER EXPLOSIVES PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. 3. All occupants must vacate the Rental Property by the Check-Out Time. Late departures are subject to a $25.00 per half hour fee which will be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.

We have been coming to Green Lake for several years and have stayed at this property over the years. Wow, what a change!! This past year they remodeled and it’s so beautiful now! The screened in porch is wonderful. It has nice windows that can be opened and it is now air conditioned. In years past it would get kind of warm on the porch. The kitchen is changed and is light and bright! We also noticed it had new linens this past summer as well. We will definitely continue to come back as we now love, love, love the changes and it’s so great to stay at this house. So big, bright and airy! Oh, one more thing…they cut a bunch of trees down from the shoreline so now you can see so much more of the lake when sitting on the patio. New grill too!
