This four bedroom, two full bath bi-level home offers an open plan with two large sun filled living areas with sliding doors leading to a balcony upstairs and walkout patio downstairs. Vaulted ceilings enhance the spacious feel of the main living/dining area. The lower family room is a great space for the kids to play, while the adults hangout upstairs. The additional family room makes this house great for more than one family.
Cody’s Cove House is minutes from Dodge Memorial Park with swings, rocking horses and extra large beach. A quick trip down Hwy 73 to the south takes you on an adventure to the Amish area with it’s bakeries, cheese factory, furniture and grocery stores, nurseries, and much more discover. Downtown Green Lake is 10 minutes away having many events throughout the year. Concerts in the Park on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 in Decon Mills Park, Thrasher Opera House Musical Events, Town Square and much, much more!
Are you the active type and like to be on the go while on vacation? The Green Lake area has many amazing bike and hiking paths. Bring your bikes and jump on a path and you can ride to many great places like the Amish County, or Dodge Memorial Park. Green Lake bike path maps are available at the Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. You don’t have to give up your morning workout while staying at Cody’s Cove House. Downtown Green Lake offers a full fitness center at the Green Lake Community Town Square.
If it’s your morning coffee and shopping your after, pop in at the infamous Sassafras Coffee Shop, stroll through the local shops like Gysber’s Jewelry, Green Lake Mercantile or North Bay Sport and Liquor if you’re spending time in Green Lake for fishing or hunting.
End your day with a wonderful dinner at one of the many local restaurants. Reilly’s Pub located on the west end of Green Lake is the close go to place on the west end from Cody’s Cove House. Chops a new American Restaurant in Green Lake, Gooseblind, and Adam’s Rib are all located in downtown Green Lake. - 1. Renter must sign formal Rental Agreement. 2. The Guest’s shall not make or permit any excessive, disturbing or annoying noise in or on the grounds of the Rental Property by himself, his family, agents, servants or visitors, nor permit such persons to do anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts, or conveniences of neighbors or other persons in the surrounding area. No noise is permitted after 12 a.m. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE USE OF FIREWORKS, FIREARMS OR ANY OTHER EXPLOSIVES PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. 3. All occupants must vacate the Rental Property by the Check-Out Time. Late departures are subject to a $25.00 per half hour fee which will be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.
