The Guest’s shall not make or permit any excessive, disturbing or annoying noise in or on the grounds of the Rental Property by himself, his family, agents, servants or visitors, nor permit such persons to do anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts, or conveniences of neighbors or other persons in the surrounding area. No noise is permitted after 12 a.m. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE USE OF FIREWORKS, FIREARMS OR ANY OTHER EXPLOSIVES PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. 3. All occupants must vacate the Rental Property by the Check-Out Time. Late departures are subject to a $25.00 per half hour fee which will be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.

We stayed at the Clear View property. The kiddo’s had a great time jumping in off the pier and playing on the paddle boards. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for us. The yard was great for the kids to play the corn hole game that we brought with us!
